I was finally ready to purchase in January of 2022. This involved selling our residential property in GTA in April-May 2022, just when the market was starting to turn. This gives you a good idea of what the market conditions were between 2020 to 2022 in Ontario. During this entire time Sujatha has been so patient and so supportive! Many a time she has changed her personal commitments (medical appointments) to accommodate my viewing requests. Sujatha, your dedication has not gone unnoticed! She represented us in the purchase market as though she was buying the property herself. She flagged the pros and cons plus always made sure I was aware of renovation costs, taxes etc. Sujatha helped us purchase our beautiful house in the Spring of 2022, and then was a pillar of support as I went through the selling process in GTA.
